How it Works

With MRI Inspections, your staff can perform Move-in/Move-out (MIMO) and transfer inspections from their mobile devices, eliminating the need for paper forms that easily get lost. When a move-out is scheduled in MRI Residential Management, a move-out inspection is automatically created in the HappyCo native mobile app and scheduled for your property personnel. Your community associate then walks the apartment and records inspection ratings for each room on their phone or tablet.
Because the mobile app offers online syncing and automatic backup, inspections can be performed without the additional expense of data plans. Your residents and staff can authorize inspections with a digital signature. When a move-in inspection has been rated and submitted, a move-out comparison report can be generated, showing the ratings from the move-in inspection versus the ratings from the newly created move-out inspection.
